Celebrating 25 Years as a vibrant part of the Tonbridge community
New members may not know that, over the past two decades, many of us were lucky enough to have coach trips to places of interest all over the South East that were organised by the Travel Team.
To the disappointment of many, these sadly came to an end last summer. We are now pleased to say we have a new team, Trips for All, and we hope, as we gain experience, to eventually run a trip a month.

We are looking forward to the trip to Brighton this month and want to whet your appetite for the next one, provisionally planned for WEDNESDAY 10 SEPTEMBER (to be confirmed), to the wonderful Brooklands Museum in Surrey. Explore airplanes, racing cars and buses at the world’s first purpose-built racetrack. Enjoy interactive experiences, Concorde tours, simulators and bus rides. See classic vehicles and the aircraft designed and flown at Brooklands.
We anticipate the trip being - Coach transport to/from the usual stops in Tonbridge and Hildenborough, entrance to Brooklands, and a one-hour tour conducted by a volunteer.
The other activities available, we'll leave up to you to decide on and book for yourselves. Please check out their website and, if you have some time to spare, look at Wikipedia where there is lots of information about the fascinating history of the site.
Look out for details and application form soon.
