Tai Chi and Qi Gong are exercises that both aims to strengthen, stretch, balance, coordinate and integrate the whole body. They are gentle forms of exercise with many health benefits. Past experience is not necessary, just an open mind, plenty of perseverance and, ideally, a sense of humour. The cost is £15 paid at first of each group of 5 sessions to cover costs. Summer sessions take place in the park, (weather permitting). New members are welcome throughout the year, when space permits.
